How to Use
The following information will help you take observations using the Blood Pressure Monitor.
How to Install the My Inhealhcare App
- Open the App Store or Google Play Store on your mobile/tablet.
- In the search bar, enter My Inhealthcare.
- Click on the My Inhealthcare app and click Install.
- The app will take a few moments to download onto your mobile/tablet.
- Open the app and enter your Username and Password.
- When you first log into the app, you will be prompted to create a 6-digit PIN code.
- This PIN code will be used for future log ins.
- Once logged in, the app will display your name and the present day observation task.
- Please ensure you remain logged into the app while taking your observation.
- If you close the app or log out before submitting, your reading remains on the app.

Taking Your Observations

Step 1 - Log In and Power On
- Log into the app and attach the cuff securely to your arm.
- Plug the cuff wire into the monitor (number 4).
- Press the ON button (number 1) to power the monitor.
Step 2 - Take Your Observation
- The cuff will automatically begin to inflate.
- Avoid tensing your muscles and try to breathe normally.
Step 3 - Read and Record
Systolic and Diastolic Blood Pressure
Systolic BP (number 2). For example 124. Diastolic BP (number 3). For example 75
- The readings will appear on the monitor.
- Click Connect to Microlife BP Monitor.
- The first time using the monitor, you will be prompted to PAIR your mobile/tablet.
- Click Allow and then PAIR. The observation will appear in the app.
- To take another observation, press Clear and repeat the steps.
Entering Your Observation Manually
This applies to those who are not using the Bluetooth option, that connects the observation to the app automatically using the Connect button.
- Enter the Systolic Blood Pressure observation (number 2) into the app.
- Enter the Diastolic Blood Pressure observation (number 3) into the app.
Step 4 - Submit Observation
- Complete any remaining observations/questions.
- Click Submit to send these to the clinical team.

Troubleshooting
BP103
The monitor is not displaying any readings when taking them. Turn the monitor OFF and back ON and re-take the observation.
Err1
The signal is too weak. The pulse signals on the cuff are too weak. Re-position the cuff on the arm, ensuring it is securely fastened. Re-take the observation with your arm still.
Err2
Error signal. During the observation, error signals were detected by the cuff, this might have been caused from movement or muscle tension. Re-take the observation with your arm still.
Err3
Abnormal cuff pressure or an adequate pressure cannot be generated in the cuff. Make sure the cuff is placed correctly on the arm and is not loose. Re-take the observation.
Err5
The app has not been allowed to PAIR with the mobile/tablet when prompted. Reset the monitor (see reset below), unpair the monitor from your mobile/tablet and ensure the monitor has been removed in your Bluetooth settings. Log back into the My Inhealthcare App and re-take the observations. This will then prompt a PAIR notification, select PAIR or OK, to allow the mobile/tablet to connect. The reading will then display in the app.
Device Reset
Error signal. During the observation, error signals were detected by the cuff, this might have been caused from movement or muscle tension. Re-take the observation with your arm still.
BP101
The monitor might have triggered itself to timeout. This will happen if the Connect button on the app is not selected within an appropriate time to allow the monitor to connect and transfer the reading. Turn the monitor ON and re-take the observation.
BP102
The monitor is unable to connect the reading to the mobile/tablet. Reset the monitor (see device reset) and re-take the observation.
Bluetooth Symbol Blinking Rapidly
Bluetooth connection error. Turn the monitor OFF, remove the pairing in your Bluetooth settings on the mobile/tablet and close the app. Turn the monitor ON, re-take the observation and PAIR again when prompted.
