Inhealthcare Professional smartphone app
Currently Supported/Tested:

Known Issues/Not Supported:
Using splitscreen software to run the app alongside another app is strictly not supported. (Android)
iPad is not a supported device (iOS) and the app will run in a scaled mode on the iPad.
When answering attachment (camera) questions, if the user deletes the photo and attempts to take a second photo, the photo is not saved for the question, and won't be submitted. This can be worked around by exiting the task and opening it again. IHP-25873
My Inhealthcare smartphone app
Currently Supported/Tested:

- iOS: 14+
Known Issues/Not Supported:

iPad is not a supported device (iOS) and the app will run in a scaled mode on the iPad.
There is a known issue where Samsung J3 devices (running Android 5.1.1) are not able to pair with the Roche INRange device.
It was spotted in testing that Samsung devices are unable to receive notifications. This is logged as: IHP-22014
Unable to switch user/ forgotten PIN when the application has been minimised from a specific reading screen. (Android) IHP-25885

Ghostery plugin for Chrome can cause console errors. Not known if this causes any functional problems or if it is benign.
