The below is the latest compatibility matrix for Inhealthcare's products and is updated as required prior to a development release. Please click on the below tabs to view the information.

N3 Web Portal

Currently Supported/Tested:

Inhealthcare has been built for and tested on the following. All features are fully supported.

  • Google Chrome 147.0.7727.117

Inhealthcare does not officially support the following. Some features are functional but are not supported. Continue at your own discretion.

  • Microsoft Edge

  • Mozilla Firefox

Known issues / Not supported

  • Internet Explorer 11 (and earlier)
Inhealthcare Desktop Application (IHDA) / Inhealthcare Service Agent (IHSA)

  • .NET 4.7 Framework or higher

Inhealthcare Professional smartphone app

Inhealthcare has been built for and tested on the following. All features are fully supported.

  • Android: 14

  • iOS: 17.5.1

Inhealthcare does not officially support the following. Some features are functional but are not supported. Continue at your own discretion.

  • Android: 10+

  • iOS: 15.6+

Known issues / Not supported

  • Using splitscreen software to run the app alongside another app is strictly not supported. (Android)

  • iPad is not a supported device. (iOS)

  • When answering attachment (camera) questions, if the user deletes the photo and attempts to take a second photo, the photo is not saved for the question, and won't be submitted. This can be worked around by exiting the task and opening it again. IHP-25873

My Inhealthcare smartphone app

Currently Supported/Tested:

Inhealthcare has been built for and tested on the following. All features are fully supported.

  • Android: 14

  • iOS: 17.5.1

Inhealthcare does not officially support the following. Some features are functional but are not supported. Continue at your own discretion.

  • Android: 10+

  • iOS: 15.6+

Known issues / Not supported

  • Using splitscreen software to run the app alongside another app is strictly not supported. (Android)

  • iPad is not a supported device.

  • It was spotted in testing that Samsung devices are unable to receive notifications. This is logged as: IHP-22014

  • Unable to switch user/ forgotten PIN when the application has been minimised from a specific reading screen. (Android) IHP-25885

Patient Portal (ORS)

Currently Supported/Tested:

  • Google Chrome 147.0.7727.117

  • Possibly all LG devices, using the default Internet browser

  • Samsung devices using the standard 'Internet' browser

  • Ghostery plugin for Chrome can cause console errors. Not known if this causes any functional problems or if it is benign.
