Service Options

Once a patient is enrolled onto the service, and has completed their initial enrolment tasks, several new options will appear on the View Service Details screen:

• These service options allow you to:
  • Change/Cancel Group Sessions for the patient;
  • Request that the patient submit vital signs;
  • Fill out the Vital Signs Questionnaire (if a patient is on Direct Contact);
  • Request that the patient complete a new DDS.
